This comprehensive volume explores the biology of hypnosis and its applications in medicine, dentistry, and pain prevention and management. Drawing from presentations at the 6th Annual Frontiers of Hypnosis Assembly held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, Dr. Brown has created a Table of Contents that will be of interest to the broad swath of clinicians.
